What we sell
Prepaid eSIM data plans for use abroad. Coverage and speed depend on local carriers; we don't guarantee specific networks at any destination.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown include our markup; you're charged via PayPal at checkout in USD (the NIS amount is shown for convenience and may vary slightly with the exchange rate).
Refunds
Once an eSIM is provisioned by our supplier we cannot refund the data plan. If activation fails on our end, contact support and we'll resolve it.
Acceptable use
Don't resell our eSIMs, don't attempt to circumvent technical limits, and follow the laws of the destination country.
Liability
Service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
